Support government programs in improving the health of pregnant women and toddlers, today July 14 2023, PT Angkasa Pura I Sentani Airport distributed financial assistance for the Supplemental Feeding Program (PMT) which is part of the Mobile Health Service program which has been in existence for 3 (three) years . Where in 2023 the cooperation agreement has been extended with the UPT Sentani Health Center and Komba Health Center.

Provision of Supplementary Food is the chosen agenda to improve the quality of nutrition in children in the form of a combination of local and manufactured food with nutritional value proposed by the Jayapura District Health Office in order to improve the quality of health in the community, especially mothers and children, specifically for pregnant women with Chronic Energy Deficiency (KEK) ), and malnourished toddlers, or Below the Red Line (BGM). This PMT assistance is given for 150 (One Hundred and Fifty) days and starts at 09.00 WIT until it is finished with a total assistance value of IDR 70,000,000 (Seventy Million Rupiah) to 20 (Twenty) toddlers, and 10 (Ten) Mothers Pregnant women who are in several locations around Sentani Airport, namely Bintang Timur, BTN Furia, BTN Melati, Komba, Yabaso, BTN Matoa, BTN Citra Buana, Ifar Besar, BTN Sereh and Al-Aqsa Mosque.

"This program is one of the Social and Environmental Responsibility programs at Sentani Jayapura Airport, as a concrete form of the company's commitment and concern for the environment around the airport work area, and is intended to improve the level of public health based on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which include reducing child mortality and improve maternal health. "The PMT provided was in the form of nutritious food prepared by the cadres of the assisted posyandu, with support and assistance from the Sentani Health Center and Komba Health Center.
