In the Wood Carving Training activity, 33 participants took part from the community around Sereh village and the Sanggar Art Community.
The event then continued with the planting of 150 tree seedlings located in Sago Hamlet, Sereh Sentani Village.
According to Surya, the planting of 150 Bintanggor Trees is also in line with one of Angkasa Pura Airport's missions, namely making a positive contribution to environmental sustainability. It is hoped that carving training can improve the community's human resources, especially the development and improvement of the community's economic level based on local potential and local wisdom of indigenous communities.
In addition to carrying out its main duties as an Airport Business Entity in Indonesia, Angkasa Pura is also committed to participating in realizing environmental conservation programs, so that sustainable business processes can be realized.
